■ Most reliable psychrometry method

SK-5RAD-SP is a precision hygrometer based on an Assmann psychrometer, which is said to be the most stable measure in humidity. Pt100 sensor enables long-term measurement with stability by its slow deterioration compared to electronic humidity sensor.

■ Remote measurement available

SK-5RAD-SP measures dry and wet bulb temperatures by Pt100 sensor and converts them to voltage in an internal R/V converter, to display their figures with relative humidity, absolute humidity, and a dew point.

What is notable especially for this device is that you can read the five data collectively at a single glance, and you can place the sensor section and the indicator section in different places as far as up to 50 m as these two units are separated.

■ Error messages to help maintenance

SK-5RAD-SP is equipped with self-diagnosis function to prevent incorrect operating procedures and accidents. If data or any function is found to be abnormal, an error message is displayed in the relative humidity display section.

■ Analog voltage output available to connect with external recorder
As SK-5RAD-SP outputs data of dry and wet bulb temperatures as analog voltage (DC 0–1V), it can be connected with a recorder for various applications.
