Notification: Failure in Printing Graphs on the Software for SK-L750 Series Dataloggers

SKSATO Datalogger for Windows (exclusive software for our SK-L751/L753/L754)



Symptoms
No data inside the frame of the graph is printed when Print Graph is processed.

This issue may occur regardless of a version of the software or connected devices.

Other printing methods such as Print Screen are not affected by the issue.

Background

This is due the update for Windows 10 provided by Microsoft on December 13, 2022.

For details, see December 13, 2022—KB5021088 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 21H2.



Solution

Use Print Screen instead.

To be able to process Print Graph, do not install the Windwos update file KB5021088, or uninstall it if you have already installed it.

The update number may differ as follows depending on each PC: B5021089, KB5021088, KB5021087, KB5021086, KB2020881, or KB5020872.
